The other marketers are artists. They inspire and challenge and connect. These marketers are starting from scratch, creating movements, telling jokes and surprising people. Scientists aren't good at that.

- Google’s Pitch – KnowledgeToday – Google has been calling on agencies around the world, according to The Globe, "trying to gain ground in major ad campaigns." Its pitch: "Google is an ally, not a rival, in the fast-evolving world of online marketing." One agency executive summed up the mixed feelings his industry has about Google, describing it as a "frenemy, both friend and enemy." Another compared it to Skynet, the network of artificially intelligent computers and robots that took over the world in the Terminator movies.

- The Cult of Personality – Annie Paul – The "Personality Cult" book has created quite a stir among Myers-Briggs practitioners for its broadside attack on the MBTI ® and the reputation of its originator Isabel Myers. Because there was interest in the book and controversy over a number of charges made by Paul, we invited two internationally known "students" of Jung's and Myer's work to look at the book and give us an assessment of what lies within the covers of this intriguing title.
